FAQ's
How long does it take before I notice a difference in my nails?
When you use emery boards or metal nail files they cause micro-fractures to your nails. The surface of a Crystal Glass Nail Files is so gentle it “seals” the edge of your nails reducing the splitting, cracking and peeling. With extended use your nails will be stronger.
Can I Sterlize my Crystal Glass Nail File by putting it in the dishwasher?
If your file is decorated with hand painting, crystals or stones, we do not recommend placing it in the dishwasher. The hot water temperature will not harm the file, but it will destroy any decoration on the file handle. Routine cleaning with soap and water is the most useful method for removing germs.
Can I take my Crystal Glass Nail File with me on the plane?
Since there are no additives used in the production of our Crystal Glass Nail Files, the airport scanners do not read or scan the nail file. This applies to our hand painted designs ONLY! Our handles decorated with crystals, stones or silver, will be picked up on airport scanners
Remember, if you have other items in your carry-on that the security scanner picks up, there is a good chance, when your bag is searched, your hand painted crystal nail file will be confiscated.

How do I use the Foot File ?
Our foot file is designed to remove hardened and calloused skin from your feet, elbows or any place you have a callous. We suggest using your Foot File before you get in the shower, as wet hands and glass files to do not make for a safe situation!
For optimum use, be sure to clean your foot file regularly, scrubbing your file with an old toothbrush. This helps remove the “gunk” (a highly technical term) from the grit of your foot file.
Can I custom order a design as a gift for a friend’s birthday?
